Quick delivery: We aim to ship and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.

 

Email Confirmation: You will receive an email with a confirmation of you order once it has been placed.

Delivery Method: Your selections will be delivered to you via carrier of your choice or one of Anova’s designated carriers. 

 

Delivery Times: Our warehouses aim to ship within the following estimated time frames: 

US: within 2-3 business days if your item is in stock. 

Canada: within 3-5 business days if your item is in stock. 

Europe: within 7-10 business days if your item is in stock. 

Asia: within 7-10 business days if your item is in stock.

 

Collect shipments will be prepared as quickly as possible by our warehouses, and you will be notified when it is ready to collect.

Labelling: Unless otherwise discussed and confirmed with your account representative, Anova does not adhere to custom labeling requirements. 

 

Damages: For defective units returned by customers please have your customer reach out to support@anovaculinary.com, and if the product is within warranty, Anova will work to replace the unit.

 

PO Changes or Cancellations: 

We are unable to accept PO changes once orders have been submitted to our warehouses. 

PO Cancellations may incur fees, which are non-refundable. Please work directly with your Anova account representative if you need to cancel an order.
